Setting up FTP on Windows server

I installed IIS and ftp but can't access using filezilla. I keep getting an error:
Status: Resolving address of ftp.scotkinney.com
Status: Connecting to 66.151.244.216:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 Microsoft FTP Service
Command: AUTH TLS
Response: 534 Local policy on server does not allow TLS secure
connections.
Command: AUTH SSL
Response: 534 Local policy on server does not allow TLS secure
connections.
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command: USER Administrator
Response: 530 Valid hostname is expected.
Error: Could not connect to server

Any idea what I did wrong?

I just had to remove the ftp.*.com address in the bindings area of the site and got right in.
