Any one can help me how to fix this... or this is error from VPS Provider??
i cant connect to the vps Error Said "Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
1. Remote access to the server is not enabled
2. The remote computer is tunned off
3. The remote computer is not available on the network

May be an issue with Windows Firewall.

Yes, if you're unable to connect to the VDS over RDP (Or SSH, depending on the OS), it's always a good idea to check the VNC console in your VDS control panel to make sure the VDS is operating normally. You'll want to double check that the Windows Firewall is fully disabled in the VDS, which can get turned back on after updates. Also, if you recently changed locations, you'll want to follow the instructions on the Events Log tab of your VDS control panel to update the IP address within the OS.
