Post by Rud »

Hello guys, i have css server, i was renting just a server in one hosting website, now i want to buy a full machine , what's difference in

Traditional unmanaged VDS

Managed game-server-only VDS

I didnt really understand, if i will have managed, then i will be able to just click 1 button to server make's ? but with unmanaged i will have to do all things by myself?

In short, a managed VDS would mean that game servers are created by our system, and managed using our control panel. On an unmanaged VDS, you would have direct access to the OS, where you would need to install and manage the servers independently.

We have a knowledge base article that goes over all of the main differences between managed and unmanaged, available here: viewtopic.php?f=51&t=4559

No - Everything would be managed via the control panel/website.
