Post by SamuelM »

Quick question, how do I add users to my VPS but restrict access to specific files^

Example: I want to let them have access to the folder >Server< but not the folder >cars< which is in the folder >Server<

Personally, I know you can when using a FTP server like FileZilla pretty easily. Simply add the path you don't want them to access, then deny them all permissions of that folder.

For Windows, probably the same procedure, just editing the user's permissions.

How exactly are the users accessing the VPS?

Is it a managed or unmanaged machine?

It is enough to arrange the attributes for each individual folder. This works on my server cs
