LOST CONNECTION TO MYSQL- SOURCEBANS

Hi, I have a New York VDS, the panel install the sourcebans and a VDS in another country where I have the game servers, in the logs folder I get it in the file sourcebans.log
which for now lets the banned players in and then reconnects

1.- VDS NEW YORK - UBUNTU 18.04 - PANEL WEB SOURCEBANS
2.-VDS ANOTHER COUNTRY - UBUNTU 16.04 SERVER - SERVERGAMES

Is the MySQL daemon up the entire time?
Do you have any mechanism that would kill the connection on the MySQL side?
In long-term ping or MTR tests, are you seeing any packet loss between the two endpoints?
Is the game server or MySQL server experiencing high CPU or memory usage, or is it struggling in any other way?
Are the specific queries involved taking too long to execute, such that they time out?
