Using a specific IP address in Virual Host configuration?

Using a specific IP address in Virual Host configuration?

I am basically trying to use the original IP address that came with my VPS to host the website itself, while keeping the new IP address that is now the default seperate. This is what I have done:

What is the error thrown by Apache?
