I have a Windows Server VDS with 2 IP's assigned and I'd like to run a Linux server in Hyper-V and attach the 2nd IP I have to it.
How should I setup the network using Virtual Switch Manager so it doesn't take the IP of my host machine?

Re: HyperV Network Configuration
Assuming all your IPs are loaded onto Windows using the instructions in viewtopic.php?f=68&t=5421 you would select which IP to use from within your virtualization software.
However, running a VDS on a VDS (VVDS) is inefficient. I would recommend either getting a seperate VDS or running from a full machine.
