Hey my dedicated server should be up and ready to go tommorow i was wondering how hard is it to set up HLStatsce and all that?
if anyway could help me out or give me and idea of the difficulty level?

I personally recommend using WAMP. Not because I made the tutorial, but it's much easier and the only current up-to-date tutorial with windows server.
