[VPS] Auto Reset?

Post by Kilonox »

I am running a minecraft server, and everytime I wake up, its down after I had it up the night before. Is it impossible to have your machine running all night?

Thanks,

If it was just Minecraft crashing, my bet would be that you ran out of memory (although it could also just be a bug in the Minecraft server). This thread might be useful to you: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =44&t=4947

Is it server itself closed? (As in, java is no longer running?) If it's just timing out then it's possible you're getting the ArrayIndexOutOfBounds -1 error which is a result of some sloppy Java programming.
