This is because Valve changed the way Orangebox servers use FPS just over a month ago. We talk about this here: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =18&t=5831

Dude 60 fps is great I only get 15 fps and I run perfectly smooth.

3nf, you should take a look at the logs for the server and see if they provide any clues. If not, you'll have to start troubleshooting your plugins by removing them one at a time until the crashing stops, or removing all of them and adding them back in one at a time until the crashing starts.
