It is extremely helpful to have a text version of the error message and a description of the problem in the body of the post. If you have to post a screen shot, please always post a full resolution version.
Can you clarify for me what you are trying to install? Are you trying to install SQL Server 2008? If so, I would expect for you to need to install .NET 3.5 first, through the snap-in, as the article describes. The standalone executable is correct in its error message.
