Can we get this module? It's used by Cloudflare to correct visitor IP logs.

We do not currently have plans to support CloudFlare or encourage its use.

Is it prohibited or is something wrong with it?Edge100x wrote:We do not currently have plans to support CloudFlare or encourage its use.
Re: Apache module request: mod_cloudflare
CloudFlare has services that can be useful in some circumstances but generally do not help our webhosting customers here.
In many cases, CloudFlare has made the customer more vulnerable to DDoS, and at the same time made it harder for us to fight those DDoS attacks.
CloudFlare reduces the usability of many sites by inserting its own interstitial page with its ad.
CloudFlare requires that customers change their name servers for it to work properly, which is unnecessary and makes it conflict with our systems.
CloudFlare is abuse-friendly and protects scammers and those launching attacks, at the expense of victims.
I see CloudFlare's primary function as marketing, with side businesses of attack mitigation and website acceleration (both of which stem from its being a distributed reverse proxy). CloudFlare does a very good job of getting quoted in the news. For attack mitigation, its abilities are limited, and for website acceleration, a standard CDN would be better (higher-performance for clients) in most cases.

I see. I did not know some of these things.
