Starting off, no clue where to start

Post by Prime4G »

Hi, I have a game server and am trying to make a website for it, but how do I start? I tried adding a domain and I get Could not retrieve the DNS servers for the new domain (name).com. If this is a valid domain that you registered more than 48 hours ago, please contact us.
So how do I get the DNS servers working?

Do you own this domain already? If not, it would need to be purchased from a registrar, such as GoDaddy or NameCheap (Or from any of many others).

Once you have the domain, from the registrar's (The company you bought it from) control panel, you'd set the nameservers to NS1.NFOSERVERS.COM and NS2.NFOSERVERS.COM

Then, you'll be able to add the domain to the Domains tab of your webhosting control panel.

If you don't own a domain and don't want to buy one, that's okay, too. You can still use the provided subdomain, which is already setup by default.
