Ok, I've been using this cms for some time and im not really liking it to much to keep it. I was wondering what are some systems like a cms or a forum base system you would recommend.
I'm looking for something that runs well under heavy loads, themes are easy to create, and are vary stylish, one that can create simple blank pages, a download section, and a vary good and customizable forum base system in it.
Any recommendations?

From free ones like PHPBB3 portal and what not to paid ones like vBulletin which many swear by, it's all a matter of preference and cost/benefit ratios.dillmc7743 wrote:Ok, I've been using this cms for some time and im not really liking it to much to keep it. Mine is www.bndclan.com/forum/portal.php for an example of PHPBB3 Portal.

Drupal is also a very popular CMS right now, that you might consider if you have the time to configure it. We also have an autoinstaller for Drupal.
The White House just recently switched to it, too .

Re: CMS or a forum system?
I used the phpbb3 portal and it worked out pretty well for me. Since then I have switched to vbulletin and have loved every second. Vbulletin is coming out with their own CMS that integrates fully with vbulletin 4, I think they are offering discounts for pre orders before October 30. I would go to a CMS but I find forums work fine by themselves. I have had bad experiences with CMS though like Joomla.
