Just signed up for the webhosting service. I'm highly impressed by everything so far .
However, to my point of post this. The email section lacks a very important feature which I hope can be implemented sometime soon. The ability for my users to change their own passwords. I know roundcube does not include that ability as far as I am aware. It would be very nice for my users to be able to set their own passwords after I create their account. Because once I create the email account for the user, I don't want to know their password.

With all the things on my "to do" list, it's difficult to say, unfortunately.

Hehe, no rush . I know you and your staff has a lot of other things to take care of higher importance than that. I can manage with this for now. Thanks for being such a great hosting service!

Any status update on this? I have quite a few people with email accounts that would make me feel better if they had their own password

I don't have any updates on this yet, but it's good that you reminded me, as that keeps it fresh in my mind.

Re: Webhosting email lacks an important feature
Thanks . I would be happy with even a simple, basic script that asked for the users email, old pass, new pass, and a captcha.. And maybe require email verification before approval of new password.
Re: Webhosting email lacks an important feature
I am with you on this. Although some now have an account, some of our members refused to because technically i know their passwords. While they know they can trust me. It just feels awkward on both sides.
Not a priority for us either but would be an excellent feature.
