How to access a database?

Post by Daedalus »

Hey, I have a couple questions about creating a database.
I run a Garry's Mod server running Nexus 3, a script by kurozael. To run the server, it requires a mySQL database to be uploaded. I have the .sql file, I just cannot figure out hot to access the database I created under my website tab. If anyone knows how to do this and wants to help out, it'd be MUCH appreciated.

Hi,

You will need to install phpMyAdmin via the autoinstallers tab in your control panel. Once you do that there will be more instructions on how you access the database. Once you login you should see an "import" button that you can use to import your existing database.
@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point

@Kraze^NFo> Out of context!
@Juski> Doesn't matter!
@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!

I use "XAMPP Control Panel" for myphpadmin. It comes with Web Server - Mysql BD - Ftp. Very very easy use and works amazing.
