I have no clue how i would have my server connect to my mysql database on another webserver (Because you don't support PhpMyAdmin)
Any help is appreciated.

You can use phpmyadmin still, it requires you install it on the webspace. And is an included auto installer. We just cannot offer support for how to do it through our request system.
One you import the files it appears you know what to do. If not please let us know.
