looking for someone to code a webpage

i really know nothing about coding i am looking for someone to code one page for me one that says the rules of my game server and has different things like it says the admins and owner has the title of the server and has a button for people to donate through paypal i want to be the motd im wondering if someone could do this i would pay 3 usd through paypal maybe a little more if you do a great job so yeah

I might be able to help you with this, either add me on steam (id/evil_master) or provide me the rules and list of admins and owner, plus your paypal info.. also what do you mean by 'title of the server?' are you referring to the hostname? or do you want a title for the motd?
