If your server won't start, there could be a problem with the mapcycle -- you should check to make sure it is valid first, and potentially try the default.
Additionally, the "Profiles/Server.log" file might provide useful data on whether you're missing a file or other basic problem.
If neither of these seem to apply, your server might be experiencing a certain Crysis bug. Try starting the server without the "g_nextlevel" line in your server.cfg, and see if it responds through the "Server control" page when you use the "status" command. If it does, try executing "g_nextlevel" via rcon; if that works to bring the server online, the Crysis bug applies, and you should leave "g_nextlevel" out of your server.cfg. Our system will automatically run "g_nextlevel" on your server if the server is not responding, in anticipation of this bug.
