What permissions limitations does NFO enforce?

Post by Edge100x »

We allow customers to change nearly everything about the their shared server here. Here's what we lock down:

* The maximum number of clients allowed
* Logging settings (all logging but queries stays enabled)
* Quota settings (the transfer quota is locked at 1 GB per user)
* The hostbutton (which is set to NFO)

Additionally, the superadmin ServerQuery account is limited to our use, though server admins can create their own ServerQuery accounts.

If you need to run a server without any limitations at all (apart from its overall size), one way to do this would be through an unmanaged VDS. The default non-profit TS3 license allows 32 clients, per the TeamSpeak FAQ.
