We've made server upgrades/downgrades more automatic now.
If you request a change to a Steam-based server (CS 1.6, TFC, DoD, CS:S, etc) through the Price/order page and follow the upgrade steps, the modifications will be performed immediately by our systems. Before, it required manual completion by a rental coordinator.
