TF2/DoD:S - Removal of 2000+ FPS option from order page

We've now made it so that TF2 and DoD:S servers are listed on the order page as supporting at most 1000fps, due to some problems we've found with the Orangebox engine and how it determines the "lerp" color in the net_graph. (More specifically, we were seeing a yellow "lerp" in 2000fps servers that were running at a rock-solid 2000fps and feeling as smooth as silk, and this was off-putting.)

However, it will continue to be possible for our ultraaccelerated TF2/DoD:S server customers to manually try higher FPS settings through the beta selector knob on the "Server control" page of our control panel.
