Not right now through the control panel here, no. I am working on an interactive server monitoring tool to extend the rcon one but it's not quite ready yet.

There may be 3rd party tools that allow this, though, and you could give one of them a try.

I should also add that it lets you send to different player subsets, too, if you want. For instance:

all
team 1
team 2
squad 1
squad 2
player "Boofle"

I'll be adding an rcon adjustment tool to the control panel within the next day or so. It was not allowed for us to expose the password with the prior version of the server, which is why the facility does not exist yet.

I've added this to the "Easy setup" page now.
