Splash Damage released dedicated server files last night just shy of the game's release in North America, and we immediately added support for the game. You can order your own Brink server through our order page.
If you have a managed VDS or managed dedicated server (which allows you to create and destroy servers at whim for no extra cost), please let us know that you want the Brink files added, and we can quickly do this for you.
We have also added a Knowledgebase section on Brink.
