Dedicated servers

Post by Edge100x »

We are still developing our dedicated servers page, but we have developed it to the point now that it is possible to order one. If you're interested in ordering a dedicated server from us, our dedicated server site is here: http://www.nfoservers.com/

Dedicated servers are for advanced users who are looking for more complete control over their game server or who want to run multiple servers and/or multiple services (such as web, FTP, and so on). They are currently available in Seattle only.

hmm intesting..... that sounds like something I'd be intested in doing.. but I am very stapped for cash, I don't ping well to seattle, and I'd most likley be in the support channel for about the first week.

That and I am doing well with my current server, :D

I am interested in this, but is there going to be a LA Level3 offering anytime soon? Maybe in the near future?

I must admit those are some great prices!

I misread your post.

You'd have to learn how from the internet ;). I recommend using Apache.

There is a lot of really good freeware for running servers. Apache is awesome, then there is MySQL, and then you can also run an FTP server with an open source app like FileZilla. Sourceforge is a great place to look for goodies.

Yes, we need to reprice for InterNAP. We're still trying to determine the new pricing that we will be offering.
