Apparently they want:

Veteran 1+ not including veteran BC2
BC2 rank 45+
Signed up for newsletter.

I managed veteran 5 even though I only own 2. lol

Their website rejects everything you enter, so you have to go through ea support and get them to help you. They force refresh your account and everything you entered previously, appears in your veteran status.

TIP:

Google for game keys, try to add them to each game for veteran.
Then go complain on ea support, and they will fix it, and you will have 4-5 veteran status, depending on how many you fill out.
