early tonight was chat'n in game with platoon member and jump'd over to the rcon tool ta send him this msg and what got my attention was the word "banned" while he wasnt banned why is it in there?

It seems that it didn't actually ban him, so that must just be a message bug. I'll investigate.
I'll have to either start moving these admin daemon comments to the correct thread for people who accidentally post separately as you did here, or make a separate forum for them. I really do want them kept in the same place.
Also, please note that !sayto doesn't currently work in BF3. This is because DICE has not yet implemented the option of sending messages to individual clients.
