I need Unranked BF3 servers for TWL.

Also is there an extra charge per slot for unranked BF3 servers?
They will be private 100% of the times.

These are treated the same in our system. You can just toggle ranking through the "Easy setup" page.

The two types of servers cost us the same to run, when public. For private servers, we offer a small discount.

In terms of our per-slot amount? It's a flat 25 cents for all BF3 servers.

LOL the world may never know, My guess is that it is just EA trying to squeeze a few more bucks out of the game as we have never gotten a straight forward answer

they pay licencing fees for things. One might be some aspects of battlelog. also they might be trying to pay for all the servers required for stats and and matchmaking, voip (remeber voip use to be on the game servers.. now they host it)etc... I am sure it would eat too much into profits paying for this stuff for 3-5 maybe more years. Forking the upkeep bills to the game server hosters seems like a not So bad idea. It makes this game a non monthly charge for most players.

Dice sells slots in bulk, not up to NFo.
The choice is yours if you want to run ranked or not.
