R11 Roll Out

Can you tell us a little bit about the roll out procedure for R11. Will you be testing this like the last patches, with optional installs if clients want to test it out? Do you know approximately what time the patch will hit (doubt you will tell us if you do).. About what the time you will be patching servers.

R11 is a required server and client update, as R9 was. Just as with R9, we will be rolling it out to all servers at once, concurrent with a Battlelog maintenance event.

Was able to roll back my 24 slot'r to the 1 player start, turned back on the beta "slot size" adjuster and have tickets at 200 been my basic setting from the beginning. Im getting crashes or frozen loading screen on map changes though, seems like the client side.

Now the big problem as always will be getting my server populated again, had a great 3 day run with no crashing and full server 24/7.

Pain and Busterking, you were a little behind there :). All servers were patched around midnight PST and an event was posted to control panels at that time. woowoo, I definitely suggest changing the round start player count to 1 and preround start count to 0.

The docs have the usual URL format, changing only the release and build number: http://static.cdn.ea.com/dice/u/f/bfbc2 ... trator.zip. I have also updated the KB.

I saw you updated the servers earlier.
Wasn't behind. Client didn't start updating here until just after 3 am.

Ours seems to be working nicely as well.

FYI - the rush maps are 64 man as well, game tracker just doesnt recognize it.

What time zone? I'm in MST and client updated right after 1am...
