Same here, and seeing our pings have doubled if not a bit more.

Ping is the same, but a lot of lug on my server in the last two days. And a crash after full day without a problem. (

If all servers have the same problems, it is also very possible that the PB client is causing them (and not PB on the server side).

We haven't changed anything server-side in terms of machine load. Everything's still highly underloaded across the board right now.

If your ping has doubled, I recommend sending us a tracert and your IP address in a support request, so that we can see if your routing is the culprit.

We always have complaints of hit registration issues. I've experienced it myself. Someone standing still, I'm 5 feet away and put a whole clip into them, no bullets hit and they kill me with 2 bullets.

No noticeable lag on our servers. How many plugins you guys running.
We have found reducing the network smoothing factor seems to make hit reg better.

Had a period last night on Metro, outside on Rush, where I was running on the spot for about 2-3 mins, yet I could see others running around me. Eventually I was shot as I was just a big target.

Are any of these servers been run off of a VDS by chance? If so have you tried enabling multi-threading?

For the past three days server (on VDS) is very laggy, everyone complaining. Ping stays the same as before lag started. No changes on plug ins I am running. Server lag with as few as 10 players, so it can't be CPU load.
I don't understand how server can run fine for 3 month and suddenly become incredible laggy, with out any change on my end.

Even though it doesn't seem like things change, there are a lot of things that change on a daily basis. What is CPU/Ram usage looking like on your VDS?

If you have any other servers on your VDS have you attempted turning them off to see if it performs any better?

MyOdessa, if it's only happening with 10 players, it shouldn't be due to the fact that it's on a VDS unless you have other servers pushing you right up against 100% CPU usage, as that's so few players that the server takes essentially no CPU. One strong possibility would be that you're seeing an attack -- do you see unusual usage on your "Server usage" page? Opening a support request so that we can look at your traffic and double-check the machine would be a good step after checking out the other possible factors.

Ours has been the same as others on VDS.
Lots of lag.

CPU/Memory are close to maxed out.

CPU using 18 of max 20
Memory using 1159 of max 1193

And the server only has 22/32 players.
When it's 28+ players, it's frozen in one spot every couple secs.
Rubberbanding everywhere.
