Servers really hard to fill...

Having really really hard time filling servers. Used to have 4 full constantly, now barely 1 fills up. It's like it's not showing up in Battlelog for anyone. Anyone having similar issues?

Ever since DICE reduced players to start to 1. I've noticed ours have been a lot harder to fill. Too many people trying to too many servers going with not enough players out there.
