Blaze or Network ?

Post by Tag »

Tonight our chicago server went instantly from 64 to 8 at 10pm est. Procon was offline for half a minute.

Anyone else experienced this tonight ?

I do see a drop on several machines at about 7pm PDT tonight, so it's highly likely that there was a routing problem with Blaze or that one of the Blaze servers failed. When there is a Blaze connection problem now, the server should also crash.

We talk a bit more about what can cause player dumps here: http://www.nfoservers.com/forums/viewto ... =70&t=6497

Thanks John.

Adding to network and blaze, we've also been getting a few DDOS attacks recently. Just wasn't sure which of the 3 caused last night's drop
