Trace route issue the past week.

Post by bermidia »

During the past week my trace route has gone from 60-65 to 78-90 to our server. I have had no problem before. I fact it has been GREAT! until recently. I ran a tracert and if you look at hops 11 12 and 13, they are the ones that increased for some reason. Please if there is anything you can do to help me resolve this please do.

Here are the results:

Hop 11 is where your trace goes from NYC to Dallas and it should have a significant jump due to the distance.

Please contact us with your personal IP address and we can look at the outbound trace to you to see if InterNAP might be able to improve it.

You will need to open a support request by clicking the "help" in your control panel so we can work with you on this.

Yes that will work, be sure to include the server identifier and a link to this topic.
