Punish / Forgive on HC?

We are trying out hardcore on our BF3 server. Which procon plugin is it that allows for the punish or forgive on teamkills? Thanks.

When we had a BF3 server we used the older version of this:

It works well, although at the time there wasn't player say so we had to disable all the chat messaging that it spammed.

At the same time I'm not really sure the last time this was updated by Micovery. I know he revamped the older plugin to a BETA(link above), not sure how that one performs. He has made some pretty good plugins for Procon.

The above link to the plugin works. We use it with only the forgive function and kick after 4 or 5 tk's.
Find too many people abuse the Punish and get too many people form a server that can be hard enough to populate.
