What addons are a must for Procon?

Just about everyone uses procon or similar rcon program (e.g. B3). We couldn't live without the in game administration and the balancer since the BF3 is so slow.

I appreciate your posting the question! I do not use Procon personally, but I may down the road. It might be a good idea to read some forums ie http://www.rconnet.de/viewforum.php?f=29 and consider the feedback posted. Hopefully providing more specific input ie. "I plan to run Country kicker" etc. will provide more responces.
Basically I believe some choices could change who is attracted to the server. ex. Pubber's may in general like seeing some type of balancer used. Personally Im not thrilled in getting balanced (even seen it where I couldnt stay on a team down by 500 points), but I dont mind "squad balancing" quite as much.
Now I do see an advanatge to things like Country kicker, but I would hope its easily accessed for when a friend wants to play (Ive seen it where a friend in Brazil has a ping of @100 steady) while the server sees US players well past that..
imo kill streaks is nice, and the ability for a player to see server rules, by typing !rules is quite helpfull too.
p.s. Once you have everything setup, post server name, and I can probably get a few friends to join me on your server (may not provide helpful feedback, but honest)
