How to Change World File on NFO Server Panel

Over the past 3 days I have been trying to change the minecraft world file because after awhile of hosting for my friends I bought the server. I wish to import the map of server and player files on to the server but I do not know how to as the Server Panel is not very organized and or helpful to navigate through and or upload the flies.

Its just two simple folders I wish to upload and put on the server but the Import world.zip and Export world.zip !

You would first need to connect to your servers FTP and upload your world there. If you prefer you can zip your world up into a "world.zip" and upload it that way.

Once that is done you'll want to head to the "File manager" tab in your control panel and click on the "import world.zip" button. Wait 5-15 minutes depending on the size of the world and go to the "easy setup" tab in your control panel, where it says "World folder to use" enter the name of the world you had imported.
