I've searched the forums and kb but can't find anything on snapshots. Is it possible to run a snapshot on nfo and how would i go about doing that?

Yes, you can do this, though you'd need to upload the server jar to your server manually. You can upload the server jar using FTP, the details for which are located on the File manager tab of your control panel. It'll go right in your root minecraft folder.
Once uploaded, you can select this jar from the Server Control tab of your control panel, then restart your server.
