idle timeout

Recently, I uploaded a server we have been hosting at home to one here. We have had a couple minor problems which may be related to a fairly large world being uploaded but one that I'm not sure how to take care of is the idle disconnect. If someone is idle for maybe 2 minutes, they are disconnected. I have checked the server properties and the idle disconnect is disabled. We should not get disconnected for being idle at all. I have checked every page I in the control panel but I can't find anything that shows that the server will disconnect players for a certain idle time... Help?

Maybe try setting the idle time to a very high number instead of disabling? Just a thought.
