I was going to order a server for Minecraft today when I saw that you guys had sold out on servers from Atlanta. Any idea when they will be available?

We expect to have these available there again around the end of the month, but we don't know for certain.

If I were to buy a server at a different location for the time being how easy is it to switch over to Atlanta once it becomes available?

It is extremely easy and fast. When the times comes open a support request and we can provide you with instructions on how to do so.
