It is difficult to get more specific with plugins since they all vary beyond the basics. We do plan on adding more autoinstallers in time, though.

Most plugins need to have their files and folders uploaded to the "plugins" folder of the FTP. Some also require further configuration beyond this, and some have prerequisite plugins. Each one should mention any special requirements in its forum post.
Once the Bukkit RB settles in a bit and more plugins run on it in a stable fashion, I'll definitely be working on some other autoinstallers. We've heard many good suggestions from customers.

How do I put plugins into my plugins folder in FTP

You can do this by using FTP to connect to your server. The details for FTP are located in the File manager tab of your control panel and you can connect using an FTP client like Filezilla (My personal choice) from http://filezilla-project.org/
Be sure to get the client.
These plugins go into the plugins/ folder that you see right when you are first connected.
