Uploading a world - Minecraft

I need to know how to add my own custom world onto the server.

I am new to the whole NFO and how to use the control panel, so please...
Make a noob friendly version of a mini guide!

The easiest way to do this would be to zip up your "world" folder and upload it to the server, then import that. If you click on the "File manager" page and scroll down to the section with "Import world.zip" and "Export world.zip", you can find more information on how to do this by clicking "More..".
