Running multiple ports in the server properties files

Post by erdrickk »

Fast question about this in the server properties file:

server-port=25565
query.port=25565

am I able to set it so I can have Multiple ports open? maybe like this?

server-port=25565,25566
query.port=25565,25566

Thanks!

I believe that it only allows one port there and not a range. To have the server available on a range, you'd have to use NAT/PAT rules on Linux.

ok awesome - so I have a Dedicated box for Minecraft running Gentoo but it is managed by NFO

I am guessing I wouldn't be able to adjust these settings on a Managed service?

Correct, that is not something that we would be able to support on a managed setup.
