This utility would need to be run on the VDS itself.
I am running a server I rented through NFO, as I understand the acronym it means Virtual Dedicated Server, right?
My computer is Windows 7, I do not know what the VDS I have is using for an OS.
Where can I see that info?

You can find this on the Server Control tab of the control panel.

I'm sorry if I'm being exceptionally thick, but I can't seem to find it.
This is what my Server Control tab shows:
"Your server is up. To stop it or restart it, use this control.
Note: The system also restarts your server daily, as detailed on the Events log page.
Show Console tool
To have a plugin run instead of the default Minecraft executable, you can use the following form.
Craftbukkit -1.3.2-R1.0 (current)
We support these Minecraft game versions, and you can change the version your server uses here. Note the following:
The version will be reset if your server is moved, in which case you will need to perform this operation again.
Older game versions may not be compatible with the save format from new releases. If you lower your version, you may need to also wipe your server before using it again.
This changes the version for your base game only. If you are running a plugin such as Bukkit, it will need to be changed instead. The Autoinstallers page may have an updated version of your desired plugin.
1.3.2 (current)

More specifcally, the information is on the "Server control" page in the VDS control panel, not the game server control panel.

It is the same control panel, you just need to select the tab for your VDS on the left side on the control panel, instead of the game server control panel.

Ah, I believe I misunderstood what VDS meant, as my control panel only has "Games" "Websites" and "my account" on the side.

Is there anyway to install it on a normal game server?

If you are still referring to mcmyadmin, then no, that requires access to the hosting machine.

With a managed server, the console tool on the "Managed panel" page is the way to go, and very useful.
