Minecraft Memory Allocation

Hey all,

I recently checked my server details and everything looks fine but it appears as though I am allocated less ram than what I signed up for ( I requested a server with 512mb). Since this is reported by the MC server it could simply be an illusion but I figured I would ask anyway. Is it possible that I have something set up wrong?

Current TPS = 20.0
Maximum memory: 455 MB
Allocated memory: 283 MB
Free memory: 113 MB
