Looking for a custom world file

I've been trying to find a custom world to use on my server but not having much luck. I'm looking for a Middle Earth world, thanks for any help.

There seems to be one and several towns or villages but I can't click the download button for the one. Maybe I have to register first?

Click on the name of the map you want, it will load another page with that same map in full detail, the download button will be available there. No need to register.
