PVP not working

I have multiple plugins on my server and pvp is enable and yet it still doesnt allow me to pvp in the server. The only plugin that i think could affect it would be worldguard. can i have some help?

The best thing to do is to disable plugins one by one to see which one is causing a problem. Once you find it, you can check its settings or check its site to see if it is a known bug with a fix available.

multiverse can affect it too if you have that. Also Towny will prevent pvp in towns if you have it set up that way.
