Exporting/Saving an online server.
I've read through many forums and FAQs, but can't seem to find an answer I really understand. Can someone please lay it out for me in layman's terms? Thanks. ._.;

This can be done easily via our control. Go to the "File manager" tab in your control panel and scroll down until you see an "Export world.zip" button. Click that and wait about 10-15 minutes for our systems to zip up your current world and then check your servers FTP for a world.zip.

Re: Exporting/Saving an online server.
I think that's where I'm confused. Where can I find my server's FTP?
Edit: Nevermind, I think I have it. Thank you for the assistance.

You can find your servers FTP information on the file manger tab in your control panel, we also have a good guide here on how to use FTP:
