Iconomy install

Hi, I've been trying to install Iconomy on my server. The build I've been using is 6.0.9b which as far as I know is the current stable one. I have also been trying to have it hook up to a mysql server on the webhosting portion of the package. Whenever I launch the server I get a strange error. Not quite sure what's going on.

Here's a look at the config portion about databases excluding commenting(password hidden)

Database:

Username: 'astralcraft'

Here is the error which is given upon starting the server

Again, not quite sure if I'm doing something wrong because I'm pretty sure other users out there have IConomy hooked up to mySQL, any help appreciated!
