That link doesn't appear to work for me but I have installed it and the process was pretty straightforward after I converted my server to using MCPC-Plus.

I ever used mcpc+, but when I install the tickthreading and run the server, the server do not start

Did you follow the instructions here?

You'll need to copy your server to your desktop so you can run the patch.me file and then repload it to your server. I've done this a few times with my server and it worked decently well.

You'll also want to check your server.log file for any information on why it's not booting.

Looking at that log you skipped a step I talked about above...

2013-07-12 00:27:14 [SEVERE] [TickThreading] TickThreading is disabled, because your server has not been patched or the patches are out of date

For this to work you need to download your entire server to your desktop and run that PATCHME.bat file and then re-upload the files to your server.

Remove the old TT jar from your mods folder
Add the new jar
Start and stop the server OR change the path to the TT jar in the "PATCHME" file
Run PATCHME.cmd/sh
