FTB Unleashed crashes from Memory leak when Plugins are Enab

Hello

Today i'd like to ask everyone if they know of this error,when i have Plugins enabled on my FTB unleased 1.5.2 server the server will leave a error like this "permgen out of memory-momory leak server crashed STOPPING SERVER" now from what i've researched the permgen is set to 128 by defualt and the required and most stable is (-XX:PermSize=512m) but the odd thing is if plugins are disabled the server runs smooth and wont ever crash but i can't run a server without plguns or it wont last very long without permissions and banned items,you can't keep order without them so is there another fix for this or can the server hosters (NFO server) do anything to help this issue ?
